Starting a business shouldn't require hundreds of thousands of dollars, a development team, or months of building software before you can make your first sale.
That's why we're building StarSend — a platform for Software Service Businesses (SSBs): businesses that use software infrastructure to deliver services to customers.
Our goal is simple: make it possible for more people to start a real business without having to build everything from the ground up.
Today, someone with a good business idea can spend a huge amount of time and money before they even know whether customers will pay for it. They may need to:
Only then can they start focusing on selling. We think the order should be different.
Sell first. Build around the business.
StarSend provides the software infrastructure so entrepreneurs can focus on building the actual business.

The technology is there to support the business rather than becoming the business itself.
We especially want to make entrepreneurship more accessible to people who don't have access to large amounts of capital or technical resources. That includes young entrepreneurs, first-time founders, freelancers, agencies, and people who simply have an idea for a service they want to sell.
You shouldn't need to have hundreds of thousands of dollars or know how to build software from scratch just to test whether your business idea works.
SSB stands for Software Service Business. An SSB sells a service while using software as the infrastructure behind that service.
For example, someone could start a review-management business using StarSend rather than spending months building their own review-management platform. They find businesses that need the service. They sell the service. StarSend provides the software infrastructure they use to deliver it.
You build the business. StarSend provides the software.
StarSend currently starts with Review Management. Entrepreneurs can use StarSend to create their business, add clients, invite those clients to the platform, and provide review-management services using StarSend's infrastructure.
Reviews must come from genuine customer experiences.
No fake reviews. No manufactured reviews. No shortcuts around trust.
Review Management is only our starting point. Our long-term vision is to support many different types of software-powered service businesses through one platform.
We want someone with an idea for a service to be able to come to StarSend, choose what they want to build, and start selling without first spending months building the technology themselves.
Make entrepreneurship more accessible.
We want to lower the cost and complexity of starting a business so that more people can take an idea and turn it into something real.
You shouldn't need a massive budget to get started.
You shouldn't need to build everything from scratch.
You shouldn't need to be a software engineer.
You should be able to focus on the business.
