These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StarSend ("the Service"), operated by Plugd Starsen, Roodepoort, 2188, South Africa ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
StarSend lets businesses save client contact details and send those clients a request, by email (and in the future, SMS), to leave a review. You are responsible for the content you send and for having a legitimate business relationship with everyone you add as a client.
You agree not to use StarSend to contact anyone who hasn't done business with you, to send unsolicited marketing, or to violate applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction). You're responsible for the accuracy of the contact information you upload.
StarSend is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We'll do our best to notify you of material changes that affect your account.
Paid plans, where available, are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Trial periods, if offered, convert to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. [UPDATE ONCE BILLING IS LIVE WITH YOUR SPECIFIC REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY.]
You retain ownership of the client data you upload. We process it solely to provide the Service to you (see our Privacy Policy). You're responsible for having the right to share your clients' contact information with us for this purpose.
You may stop using StarSend at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plugd Starsen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
