These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StarSend ("the Service"), operated by Plugd Starsen, Roodepoort, 2188, South Africa ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
StarSend lets businesses save client contact details and send those clients a request, by email (and in the future, SMS), to leave a review. You are responsible for the content you send and for having a legitimate business relationship with everyone you add as a client.
You agree not to use StarSend to contact anyone who hasn't done business with you, to send unsolicited marketing, or to violate applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction). You're responsible for the accuracy of the contact information you upload.
StarSend is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We'll do our best to notify you of material changes that affect your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled. A 14-day free trial is offered on signup and converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through PayPal; cancelling stops future billing, and you keep access to the Service through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law. If we make a billing error, contact us and we'll correct it.
You retain ownership of the client data you upload. We process it solely to provide the Service to you (see our Privacy Policy). You're responsible for having the right to share your clients' contact information with us for this purpose.
You may stop using StarSend at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plugd Starsen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
