This Privacy Policy explains what data StarSend ("we", "us"), operated by Plugd Starsen, Roodepoort, 2188, South Africa, collects and how we use it.

1. What we collect

• Your business account: business name and review link.
• Your clients' data: names, and phone numbers and/or email addresses, that you add so you can send them a review request.
• Usage data: when a request was sent and whether it succeeded, so you can see your own activity.

2. How we use it

We use this data solely to operate StarSend: storing your client list, sending review-request emails on your behalf through our email provider (Resend), and showing you your own dashboard. We do not sell your data or your clients' data, and we do not use it for our own marketing.

3. Who we share it with

We use third-party infrastructure providers to run StarSend:

• Supabase (database hosting)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Vercel (application hosting)

Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own privacy and security terms. We don't share your data with anyone else.

4. Data retention

We retain your account and client data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you or your clients are located, you or they may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact us at plugdwholesale@gmail.com to make a request.

6. Security

We rely on our infrastructure providers' security practices (encrypted connections, access controls) and don't store payment details ourselves once billing is enabled — that's handled by our payment processor directly.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as StarSend changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
